In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) 2010 of Malaysia, we use your information solely to process bookings, provide in-room services (Dining, Laundry), and enhance your staycation experience. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

reStary Hub implements industry-standard AES-256 encryption for sensitive OTA credentials and secure SSL/TLS protocols for all user interactions. Your physical security at Sutera Avenue is also integrated with our encrypted Smart Lock systems.
