1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing reStary Hub or booking our themed units, you agree to comply with these terms, the House Rules of Sutera Avenue, and all applicable Malaysian laws.
2. Booking, Deposit & Refunds
All bookings require a refundable security deposit. Cancellations made 7 days prior to check-in are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24-48 hours may incur a penalty.
3. Guest Conduct & House Rules
Guests must respect the 'No Smoking' and 'No Pets' policies in themed units. Excessive noise after 10 PM is prohibited to ensure a premium experience for all Sutera Avenue residents.
4. Intellectual Property
The 'reStary' brand and themed interior designs are proprietary intellectual property. Unauthorized commercial photography or reproduction of unit designs is prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
reStary Hub and reCloud Property Management are not liable for personal injuries or loss of belongings resulting from guest negligence. We advise using the provided in-room safes for valuables.
6. Service Termination
We reserve the right to evict guests without refund for severe violations of house rules, illegal activities, or conduct that endangers the safety of staff and other residents.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any legal disputes shall be settled exclusively in the courts of Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.
